Your brain is protected by a bony case, the cranium. You probably learned that the joints of the cranium, which are called sutures, do not move. This it not so! Try placing your hands snugly upon each temple, breathe deeply and move your jaw. You will feel a gentle flex in the skull with each breath and jaw movement.
NeuroCranial Restructuring (NCR) is the original asymmetrical cranial release technique. The slight motion allowed in each cranial joint can be harnessed to incrementally change your cranial structure, allowing you to release residual tension in the connective tissue. I use careful analysis of your body’s proprioception system to determine which cranial joints should be treated to release unwanted connective tissue tension patterns inside your skull. With less tension in the connective tissue, bony structures in your body can move incrementally back towards your original design. NCR is performed with hands-on bodywork and an endonasal release. NCR is different than other cranial release treatments and is much more powerful than craniosacral technique!
NCR treatments accumulate for a greater beneficial effect, for most health conditions a minimum of 4-6 treatments are required over time. There are many reasons to choose NCR treatment, the most common conditions I help are chronic headaches, migraines, sinusitis and pain. As the only doctor practicing NCR in Washington state, I want to share this treatment with everyone who needs it. If you want your structure functioning optimally, this treatment will help.
Schedule a complimentary 15 minute consultation to share your story and we’ll decide if NCR is appropriate for you.
